Tim Moncrief and Tom Radack did an amazing job of both selling our existing home and assisting us in the purchase of our new home. Tim listed our house in Westminster Glen and was able to sell it remarkably quickly in a very competitive market where most homes were just not moving in our area. He helped through every stage of the process, from pricing to staging, to ensure that we received a fair and equitable price for the property.
Once we were ready to move Tim and Tom were able to hone in on exactly what we were looking for in our new home and we fell in love with the second house we saw. Once again, they made the transition smooth, seamless, and simple. They were able to negotiate a fair and equitable price that afforded us the opportunity to move directly into our new home, rather than moving into an apartment first. As with all real estate deals a few very small issues arose, but both Tim and Tom were able to quickly resolve them to our complete satisfaction. They were both available to us at all times of day, and always responded in a prompt and timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell your current home.

Tom, thank you again for everything you did with regard to the closing of the house. You went way above what you needed to do to make this all work out for my mom. She is so relieved, and I am not sure if you know this, but with her Rheumatoid Arthritis, stress is one of her worse enemies and can really debilitate her and make her condition worsen. The way that you handled her case relieved her of that and allows her to now get on to what she loves doing best and that is decorating her new Austin home.

Professional approach...
The Bartlett Real Estate Group, with Tom and Marissa Radack as the agents, listed our Canoas Drive, River Place in Austin, Texas. We were impressed with the professional approach valuing the initial sale price, as well as a realistic, fact-based estimate of current market value (which, by the way, was almost exactly on target) and expectations we should have about their services. We liked the marketing material, color brochures, and especially the Virtual Tour of the home, which was professional and presented the home well. Tom and Marissa were very attentive to our needs (and at times anxiety) and worked with each potential buyer. The Group added the homefeedback.com service which we found easy to use and really kept us informed about showings and buyer interest/feedback. They helped negotiate with the eventual buyer, including price, and inspection findings. Tom was literally on top of everything after the offer was made, and at one time actually cleaned off the front rain gutter over the garage that hinder the curb appeal. We had some potentially costly inspection findings that Tom quickly addressed to our satisfaction. The Bartlett team approach worked for us also, since on a few occasions another Bartlett team member showed the house or met with potential buyers when Tom was not available. This is definitely a top notch group and if we ever move again, we will use the Bartlett Real Estate Group.

Tom and Marissa Radack were a pleasure to work with. We found that the two of them together compliment each other well with the Bartlett Real Estate Group. Tom has a very analytical approach to home sales and knows the market well. Marissa is great with presentation and marketing and uses the best resources to help show your house well. They are both easily reached and responsive. We found our entire experience with the sale of our home to be very "custom" as they handled everything from the little details like filling the flier box weekly to the larger tasks like helping me line up service calls for home repairs.
