Most personal service we've ever received...
Buying a house in River Place in Austin, Texas from San Francisco can be a challenge. Kevin and Marissa not only did an excellent job handling the purchase, but they also acted as our agents in the weeks after the sale, managing repairs and preparing for the tenants. Kevin, with the Bartlett Real Estate Group continues to communicate every few days by phone and e-mail, taking pictures to show the results of landscaping, doing a few repairs, and keeping an eye on the property. We've bought several homes over the years and this is the most personal and hands-on service we've ever received.

Attentive to our needs...
The Bartlett Real Estate Group, with Tom and Marissa Radack as the agents, listed our Canoas Drive, River Place in Austin, Texas. We were impressed with the professional approach valuing the initial sale price, as well as a realistic, fact-based estimate of current market value (which, by the way, was almost exactly on target) and expectations we should have about their services. We liked the marketing material, color brochures, and especially the Virtual Tour of the home, which was professional and presented the home well. Tom and Marissa were very attentive to our needs (and at times anxiety) and worked with each potential buyer. The Group added the homefeedback.com service which we found easy to use and really kept us informed about showings and buyer interest/feedback. They helped negotiate with the eventual buyer, including price, and inspection findings. Tom was literally on top of everything after the offer was made, and at one time actually cleaned off the front rain gutter over the garage that hinder the curb appeal. We had some potentially costly inspection findings that Tom quickly addressed to our satisfaction. The Bartlett team approach worked for us also, since on a few occasions another Bartlett team member showed the house or met with potential buyers when Tom was not available. This is definitely a top notch group and if we ever move again, we will use the Bartlett Real Estate Group.

Tom and Marissa Radack were a pleasure to work with. We found that the two of them together compliment each other well with the Bartlett Real Estate Group. Tom has a very analytical approach to home sales and knows the market well. Marissa is great with presentation and marketing and uses the best resources to help show your house well. They are both easily reached and responsive. We found our entire experience with the sale of our home to be very "custom" as they handled everything from the little details like filling the flier box weekly to the larger tasks like helping me line up service calls for home repairs. Their service-oriented approach really relieved us of much of the stress associated with selling a home. They are warm and kind people and, again, a true pleasure to work with. We would gladly use them again and highly recommend their services for anyone looking in Austin, Texas.
