Buying a house in River Place in Austin, Texas from San Francisco can be a challenge. Kevin not only did an excellent job handling the purchase, but he also acted as our agent in the weeks after the sale, managing repairs and preparing for the tenants. Kevin, with the Bartlett Real Estate Group continues to communicate every few days by phone and e-mail, taking pictures to show the results of landscaping, doing a few repairs, and keeping an eye on the property.
