Our experience with the Bartlett Real Estate Group exceeded all of our expectations. This was our second home to purchase in Austin, Texas, and our second time to work with a real estate firm. I can not even put into words how much better the experience was for us with the Bartlett Real Estate Group. Our agent, Carrie, was always available to help us with the myriad of questions and she went out of her way to make sure we understood every step of the process. International moves are always complicated, but we were also on a very short time frame. Carrie was awesome! She was able to screen over 350 houses for us, narrow the list down to 40 that met our requirements, and arrange to show them all in a period of two weeks. We not only found the perfect house, but Carrie made the whole closing process a breeze, and found us contractors for renovation, pool, etc. We can't recommend her highly enough! Such a treasure to work with...
