Shannon is a unique member of the Bartlett Real Estate Group as she not only provides superior residential real estate services, but has a substantial background in commercial real estate as well.

Shannon currently specializes in the Northwest area of Austin including Steiner Ranch, River Place, Greenshores, Westminster Glen and Long Canyon, and also has many clients in Southwest Austin, the Arboretum Area, Lakeway, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Shannon is also a member of the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, with a focus on homes ranging from $500,000 into the Millions.

Previously, Shannon provided over 9 years of commercial real estate success from one of the nation’s largest privately owned commercial real estate firms. She operated in the Investment Services Group marketing multi-million dollar assets for clients such as Morgan Stanley, Chase Merritt, and State Farm, among others. Prior to relocating to Austin, Shannon worked at the firm’s corporate office in Houston where she was responsible for the marketing of multiple office buildings totaling over 1.3 million square feet.

Shannon, originally a Minnesota native, now considers herself a “born-again-Texan.” Having spent several years in Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston, she now lives in Austin with her husband, 4 year old son and two Jack Russell Terriers in their home in Steiner Ranch.
