Ken grew up in Rochester, New York, attended The Rochester Institute of Technology (R IT), is married and has 4 adult children. He moved from Rochester to Los Angeles, California in 1972 where he was on staff at UCLA. In 1975, Ken received his real estate license and launched a very successful career where he received many national awards for his achievements. In 1980, after obtaining his Broker’s license, Ken purchased a real estate franchise from a major real estate company. He successfully operated that brokerage until 1992 when he, his wife, Linda, and two of their children moved to Austin, Texas.

Ken is the founding partner of the KW Bartlett Real Estate Group, LLC., operating under an agreement with Keller Williams Realty. Ken’s partners, Tim Moncrief, Tom Radack, and Marissa Radack are equally committed to operating a high quality customer service based business. With over 30 years of experience and thousands of successful real estate closings, Ken offers his experience and wisdom to the hand selected realtors who have joined the Bartlett Real Estate Group.
